Scott Baines

FDS Owner & Head Coach

Scott started in the professional game in 2002 as a coach with Northampton Town’s Centre of Excellence, and as a Scout for West Bromwich Albion FC. He also spent time coaching in the USA. During the 2016/17 season, he was Assistant Coach at Finnish first division team, FF Jaro in Finland, achieving a 3rd place finish in the league.



As a youth player Scott was signed at Leicester City Academy.

Currently working towards his UEFA A licence, Scott is also a qualified Futsal coach and holds the FA Youth Coaches Award.

Kristian Heames

FDS Owner & Head Coach

Kristian graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Physical Education and Sport Science, and a Masters in Sport Science. His professional game career began as a coach with Northampton Town’s Centre of Excellence in 2000. He also spent a season as a first team strength and conditioning coach, and brought in sports science support for schoolboy players. During the 2016/17 season, he was Head Coach at Finnish first division team, FF Jaro in Finland, achieving a 3rd place finish in the league.



As a young player Kristian played at Roda JC Academy in Holland.

Like Scott, Kristian has coached in the USA. He is a qualified Futsal coach and has the FA Youth Coaches Award and Level 5 FA Psychology for Football. He holds a UEFA A licence and the FA Fitness Trainers Award.
